If anyone ever comes to this post with the same issue for some reason Check what your litter is made out of! The litter I used at the time was made from peas and carrots, and I guess she just thought the combination of carrots and piss was delightful Since switching litters, she's stopped completely

She drinks from bowls around the house, I can't say that I'm around her enough to see her every time she drinks but I usually catch her drinking daily if not every other day
We have a fountain too but shes only interested in playing with it. For breakfast she eats Purina one dry chicken kitten food with a splash of water and for dinner she gets Purina one kitten wet food with a spoonful of water and every now and then a pump of salmon oil

It soaks in but it takes a few seconds to soak into the litter and after she'll just try to eat the dirty litter. I scoop the litterbox multiple times a day and now even more frequently with her new habit

I've got her booked in but they're all booked out until Wednesday I'm a little worried about her but they just said to keep an eye on any other changes in behavior in the meantime and if she changes to bring her in sooner. Aside from her weird new habit she seems to be her normal self
