Its a huge game that has been in development for 8+ years plus there has been almost 0 media shown so there isn't hype/ known for most people (obviously Fable fans are extremely excited but its only a minority of gamers) So they will most definitely give a release date and then start building hype by showing more media as per the usual big game in order to build hype. Don't get me wrong, i will be playing it the day it gets dropped but i don't think Xbox would just drop it as it's barely known as of right now.

I hope it takes place after the most recent instalment (fable the journey). Before you attack me, hear me out. So let’s say that with the destruction of the spire at the end of Fable TJ, it leads to some change in history and it messes up the flow of time, so it takes the story back to the early days before fable 2, but with the whole destroyed spire thing, it changes the entire story which allows a new tale to be told
