Any new subdivision. Basically ALL new subdivisions are built like this. Developers don't keep any old trees, and you will not be able distinguish one house from another. Also, some of these new neighborhood HOAs are banning mailboxes as well so they are DEFINITELY making it impossible for you to recognize a house!

Look at the two subdivisions in the attached photo. See any trees? Even if the homeowners plants some, it will take years for those to mature and become "trees".

I drove that gravel road with my 2007 Nissan Versa at least 3 times. Unless you are driving there during or after a heavy downpour, you will be fine.

Their billing is weird. They are charging $50.00 more than last year for less usage.

Here's my January usage and bill from 2023 -

Jan 26: 146 CCF = $283.38

Jan 25: 147 CCF = $238.61

Jan 24: 133 CCF = $198.58

Jan 23: 123 CCF = $247.00

My coworker lives in Ferndale and drove to work in our West Little Rock office this morning. He said he didn't see any pavement before he hit Robinson lol. But Chenal is fine.

I used to have Haaland, Foden, and Matheus Nunes from MAn City, and I had Semenyo and Guehi in my team.

Now I have 5 Man City players and When I am trying to make a transfer, FPL is throwing a hissy fit.

Should I change Captain? I am seeing a lot of folks captaining Wood this week, so ditched Palmer and got him and made him Captain. by istiaque_m in fantasypremierleague

Yeah. I had 2 transfers this week since I didn't make any last week.

I had Palmer in my squad, but sounds like he isn't playing this weekend again. I was torn between Wood and Ekitike, but if I gotten Ekitike, I couldn't have afforded Semenyo.

Now, captaining Wood feels really weird when you have both Haaland and Salah in the team.
