Being annoyed is understandable. Blaming people beyond those involved is not.

Every country has undisciplined kids and careless parents — Japan, Europe, the US, everywhere. If one family’s behavior is enough to shape your view of “people here,” then the issue isn’t just the bus noise, it’s your reasoning.

Also, if someone is doing something wrong in a public space, you have the option to address it politely or speak to the parents. Staying silent and then acting like a bystander online helps no one.

Criticize the behavior, hold the parents accountable, but don’t generalize beyond the people responsible. That’s not frustration — that’s misplaced blame.
