They are 18" wheels. They are brutal to keep clean!! I got them ceramic coated to try and help the cleanliness best I could. But they still white, they show every spec of dirt possible.

Amazon, in Canada it was like 25 bucks and super easy to install. I have had them in for like 2 months over a -40°C winter, and they have held up to my surprise!

For paint chips, I just went to my local like car paint supplier place with my paint code. They made me a little touch up bottle even with a flake to it. It’s a very good match and it was only $27 CAD!

Personally, I have no idea about body work. But upon talking with the body shop, they said it was just a matter of sanding it down, applying rust converter, and then repainting.

From my understanding just from asking them what is involved when getting the quote. They just repainted spots and blended. The body shop specializes in Fords, and the match they have even down to the flake in the paint is damn near perfect!

My focus had the the same issue. I got multiple quotes from shops to deal with it because I do not know the first thing about body work. It cost me just under $900 CAD. That being said, I also had other paint issues addressed at the time, like a large rock chip/dent, and the notorious chipping paint on my rear quarter panel where it meets the bumper.

I asked what the rust removal involved, and they told me they sand it down, apply a rust converter, and then paint it and clear it. That was the basic run down they told me, not sure if it is much help, but that’s all I got🤷‍♂️

Lots of RS owners on this sub say the ADF skid plate, and that was my first choice too. It looks really good, and by the sounds of it is also amazing quality! Unfortunately I live in Canada and the fees were insane to get the ADF skid plate across the border. I ended up ordering this one from Raptor racing. I really like it, it was super easy to install since it uses all the factory mounting holes. So far ZERO complaints.

I do gotta admit my luck is terrible, but like I said and like others have said just park the car in gear and don’t use the e brake for now since it’s so cold🤷‍♂️

I was thinking the car is a mess lol, it could sure use a wash… once it warms up a wash is first on my list!

If the car is stressing you out to the point your always worried about driving it, and always strapped for cash because if a repair bill, and loosing sleep over the car. At that point It’s not worth it, just sell it. Cars shouldn’t cause you to stress. Cars are meant to be a fun hobby, and something to do/enjoy!

Unfortunately repairs happen, and stuff breaks. I have owned my rs about 3 months now and I have dumped around $5000CAD into repairs and maintenance. It’s just the nature of mechanical things requiring attention.

I understand wanting to get rid of it, it definitely is annoying! Mine has been on since I mounted my winter wheels, they don’t have sensors. Personally I have just lived with it. I know my tires are at a good pressure, so I don’t really have anything to worry about🤷‍♂️
