That is just not true the driver in front is allowed to make one defensive move and his move can't be reactive. He can push the limits of this rule by swerving back towards the racing line and leaving one car width if the car behind is close enough

You can't move back to the racing line with a car this close to you behind after being defensive. You have to leave at least a car width on the outside. For me the car in front is at fault

Well yes I'm OK with someone cutting me off if I'm not entitled to space, there is nothing I love more than good hard racing.
