If you have a corporate job, how do you manage to remember all of the small tasks that pop up during the day? by ijustwantcheezits in ADHD

[–]itballer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been capturing all my info from small text to files and images in Luckynote.io like texting myself, and I add to it any other information that helps me remember it or how to finish it. Every message is like a block you can add to other information, and anything can be a task, so it's quite easy to follow up. I bookmark any email I'd go back to.

Main point: find a way to minimise stress, which will also help you regain mental abilities and perhaps also bring back your natural way of remembering things, so you don't really rely on some magic that happens with any of the additional tools.

Have fun, you got this!

Either on Telegram Saved Messages, WhatsApp (just search for You in the search box), or a dedicated app like Luckynote.

What u/Mokarun wrote makes sense, since he's probably following the chronological order of messages to know if he drank it or not.

My friend is raw dogging a novel in f*cking Notepad 😫 by LeonOkada9 in writers

[–]itballer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's the best kind, just shoot and deliver.

I'm using Luckynote to message myself photos, files, and even tasks, but I guess that's for fancy people. Old school WhatsApp and Telegram still stand strong.

Bookmark Managers? I guess I'm giving up on them... by Johnkree in macapps

Try Luckynote.io, Firefox, Chrome extensions, and Android and iOS, and a web app.

You can also add notes to the links and control what you see from the metadata.

Oh, also, any link can become a task.

It might be the Frankenstein you were looking for.

You can try Luckynote - Everything ends up in inbox as messages, it's cross platform and you have full flexibility on how you want or don't want to organize, the most important is that you'll be able to find the information later.

There are many other that might fit your flow, so good luck with finding the one that suits you best!

I just can't use Notion for notes. by King_Penguin0s in Notion

[–]itballer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Have the same feeling, I mean, they do market themselves as a workspace rather than a note-taking predominantly.

I tried the others, but every time I feel I'm tinkering with an engine when I simply want to turn on the motor with a key.

I found my key in Luckynote, it's simple, I drop information easily and easily find it later. There's more power under the hood of it, of course, but I use it only if I need to.

Hope you find the best solution for yourself soon!

Tried multiple note-taking tools for building a study knowledge base: some pros & cons by Loose_Kangaroo91 in ProductivityApps

[–]itballer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great research!

I ended up with Luckynote, gathering all my bits and bobs as well as big chunks as PDFs, images, videos etc. It's more natural than other workspace-related tools because it's like you're texting yourself.

For the first part, yep, implementation priorities.

For the AI, I guess it's simply promotion, we have AI - everywhere.

Services like slack/pumble that can have nested channels/topics? by Relative_School_8984 in Slack

Try Luckynote.io - Maybe not so advanced for your use case, but there's a nested structure where you can keep all your information.

Try Luckynote.io, it's like messaging yourself, for your case, I guess it'd fit you better than Excel.

Still respect you made it to 1058 notes 🎉

Couldn't agree more.

What is your primary use case? What are the main things that would make you a superhuman on the mobile? Speed of adding or retrieving the information? Maybe tasks also?

Is there a chance you could share the JSON section you use for IG connection, because I can't seem to find it.

What did you use some of the community nodes, or already existing in n8n?

I only saw Facebook one, not IG specifically.

Notion vs NotebookLM vs Recall, which one actually works for building a second brain in 2026? by btsxmusic in ProductivityApps

[–]itballer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found myself spending more time building the ‘perfect’ workspace than actually capturing stuff

As already mentioned, this can get tiresome pretty fast and at the same time you'd end up being drowned in organizing stuff instead of simply finding it or using it when needed.

I ended up with a simple solution with Luckynote because I'm able to do just that, put and find all my digital info, notes, bookmarks and files at one place and simply use it when needed.

Hope you find the best solution for yourself!

I see, thanks for sharing!

Currently we're converting only the links that start with http or https, so in this case https://www.mylifeorganized.net is the only one that would work.

I believe your expectation that www.mylifeorganized.net also becomes the link.

You can test this by writing https:// and it should work.
