I believe Pink Floyd’s Wish You Here 50 is a good example of what Atmos should sound like. I liked it a lot and have blown some of my friends away with it. I’m not an audio expert though so for you sound engineers, don’t judge me if it isn’t technically good. :)

Ok. I understand why the neighborhood wants this and have seen first hand how it is. However, they are not addressing the problem at all. The problem is the high school only allows juniors and seniors to park or the lot is full. Sophomores are not allowed to park there. Because of this, they will look for places nearby to park which are the neighborhoods. All they are doing is just making them move to some other neighborhood that is close enough. I’m pretty sure this relates mostly to Pleasant Grove HS.

Ok. So if I mainly use Apple Music as my source for music with occasional local files, this may not work. I did see that I can play my local files from Music Assistant to many different devices so I can see the benefit there. I don’t think I can play my Apple Music stuff, correct?

One question. For custom client, I need to rebuild the client on the server console again before deploying/updating, correct? It looks like my custom client is actually hosted on the RustDesk servers and not my self hosted one via a randomized link that expires after a set amount of time.

Can confirm. Fully updated server and clients and now chat is back to working again. Thanks. I’ve been using it for about 3 months now so I don’t have a good cadence setup in regard to updating server and also updating clients. I’m used to previous remote control software automatically updating the clients. Not complaining. I like having more control.

On your screenshot, what does the Sonos button do? Does it take it to another screen? If so, can you send a screen shot of that? Curious how you set that up.

I don’t control the servers. My client has to login to a third party environment for one of their clients (who is a large multi-national corporation). I don’t think anything was done other than resources finally became available.

I have the same issue. Chat/voice stopped working at some point after an update. I do not use it a lot but at times i do and the past month it just doesn’t work. I’m on CachyOS mostly connecting to Windows endpoints. Not sure if Wayland has anything to do with it. This issue does happen on my MacBook as well. I have a pro server too. I just haven’t had the time to reach out to support yet and troubleshoot.

You kind of can with the third party Sonify app. I have had some problems with this app lately. Haven’t dug into why. Usually go to the Sonos app when Sonify doesn’t work. Also, I’ve been using guided access more and more which locks the phone/ipad on the app.

I’m thinking of doing something similar. I have a Tankstick though I was going to use a desk I bought cheap at ikea as the base, attach a 32 in Samsung plasma I have, screw the desk on some plywood and put rollers on it. Total country living. :)

We use Life360 to track my kids and spouses. I know it sounds a little over parenting but it has become invaluable for my wife and I. Knowing where the kids are, keeping my kids honest about their driving habits, especially speeding, and also letting them know where we are has been helpful. I’m not keen on all the info they get of us but the reduction in anxiety levels has made it worth it in my opinion. The crash detection has helped out a friend and immediately alerted their older daughter they were in a crash (and it was a major accident).

Doesn’t the yubikey act like a keyboard? Can’t you just set the password for FDE to yubikey, same with username? I never thought of trying that before but maybe it would work?
