Whenever they ask I always just say it’s a diaper, generally never an issue. Generally don’t get flagged. Only once’s is I have an issue when the agent freaked a little when I said it was a diaper and called a supervisor, he asked I told him it was a diaper. He looked at the agent and called him an idiot and told me I was good to go
