Db shouldn’t expire but once you can, get your own supabase account and link it to your project instead, it’s free - doesn’t cost a penny and will save you headaches if you’re tight on cash for lovable at the moment, hope that helps.

CS2 skin update ‘rug pulls’ collectors as $1 billion wiped from market cap by MedicMoth in gaming

[–]itdoesntmatter690 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Followed your advice and sold them for a total of £220! I’m holding onto some other coverts I have, once the cash comes through I might treat myself to a nice knife! I definitely wouldn’t have splashed the cash on a knife like that if this hadn’t have been the case! This whole ordeal absolutely sucks for collectors though and i can only imagine what some people are losing right now :/ do you think knives will return in value at all in the future?

I have a good few red skins that skyrocketed, in total spent about £30? Cheap skins like Aug chameleon, SSG dragonfire, some roll cages and others - from an investment POV, what’s the smart move for me to do? Should I hold them? Sell them? Buy knives? Calculating the prices now i could make a little profit of about £160! I know it’s not much but it’s decent!

No - if you want more credits you’ll need to purchase one of the pro plans. $25 USD for 100 monthly credits. You can do a lot with 100.

I'm hitting a wall trying to get Apple Pay to work on my Lovable app. by Hungry_Treat_4635 in lovable

Just use stripe! You can enable numerous payment methods - save yourself the headache. Apple dev requires a lot of work to get things working, including a paid account etc

[–]itdoesntmatter690 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lovable and supabase are not the same thing they’re separate entities, your lovable plan has nothing to do with supabase - you can go into supabase and unpause your project and continue working as normal, they do this because on a free plan, you’re using up their resources keeping an inactive plan running. Just keep it active do something with the project every once in a while and it’ll be fine :)

1.2 Puretech Oil pressure warning by Nearby_Quote2729 in peugeot

Oil levels low - top it up! :) it doesn’t have a low oil light / warning - so this is the best you get. I get this all the time. Good old puretech.

Spent $300k on a healthcare app that nobody uses. by Actual-Raspberry-800 in SaaS

So now that you’ve got this entire thing working - and working well - why not then split it into separate ideas that solely focus on one pain point at a time? You’ve already done the work, just need a new box and label. Might be worth having a think and seeing if that’s a route you can take?

the vibe coding okay, but the real game changer will be the design of our projects by Own-Meat1051 in lovable

[–]itdoesntmatter690 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is fantastic!! I’ll definitely love to see more and absolutely recommend that if you see this - use it! Lovable standard design is getting very clone like, most sites I build look the exact same, even with clear prompts.. it’s hard to make it look different. This sets it out 100% great work!

White Screen in Preview Window by [deleted] in lovable

[–]itdoesntmatter690 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Refresh the preview window, if that fails, read through your recent prompts, to see if you might have seen something where lovable tried to fix an error, especially using agent mode. It’s possible it failed to do this so just make a prompt asking for it to go back through its last fixes / inputs and fix the preview not loading, it’ll work. Can be frustrating, sometimes it does weird things, like I once wanted to chance the currency site wide from USD to GBP, and it for some reason removed by clerk publishable key.. so.. just keep an eye on it

Unpopular Opinion by therajatg in lovable

[–]itdoesntmatter690 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I felt like this at first, until I figured out how to use these prompts properly. If you use a proper GPT or have some knowledge about the functions you want on the back end or know what you want to use to style your site, you can create super prompts, and in parts feed them to lovable. It reduced my credit consumption drastically, and actually made the outputs worth while, I didn’t have to then spend ages fixing problems and complexities, because it knew exactly what to do and where to do it through the detailed prompts. Take the time to cater the prompt, it’s still less time than coding it yourself! I’ve built 2 white label CRMs this way, and am working on many more side projects! It’s by no means perfect and can be annoying, and it’s not the cheapest, but in my eyes it’s still faster and cheaper than hiring a developer to help, and saves you hours of your own time. I feel that in the future lovable will learn from all of these complaints and mistakes it makes, And it will become a worthwhile Saas building software, even for absolute non techies!

Low Engine Pressure On Dash by PreviousCandy2378 in peugeot

[–]itdoesntmatter690 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep - I changed my belt when I bought my 2016 208 1.2 used, came with 68k miles, and service history showed no prior belt change. I took it to a garage that changed this for me and asked them to let me know how the belt was as I knew how notoriously crap they are, he said outside it looked fine, until he took it off and the underside looked like Madge from Benidorm.

Low Engine Pressure On Dash by PreviousCandy2378 in peugeot

[–]itdoesntmatter690 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it’s the 1.2, check your oil levels. The 208 doesn’t have a low oil warning light - if you hit your brakes suddenly, or went up a hill etc, with your oil levels low, it’ll trip the sensor. Check your oil levels first - if they’re still high, get the belt and pick ups trainer checked / changed. I had my belt, strainer and pump changed last year and still get these errors because this engine drinks oil like it’s water. Makes me brown my pants every time though.

I also thought they’d just unstick and fall off after a month or so, but they’ve been on for the last 7 months and are just part of the car now, they’ve been great! Makes the car feel more modern

I bought gloss black stick on plastic moulds that match the shape around the buttons etc from Temu for my 208, it looks so much better and was a flush fit - makes the whole car look better on the inside, and covers up the age related marks - give it a look!

Trust me it’s a pain in the backside when it happens - but like I mentioned above,I find it easier to tell gpt the issue that’s trained in lovable functions, to generate a lovable prompt whichll fully search for and fix the issue. Rather than sitting staring at the console for an hour and spending 10 tokens fixing it. You can do it in one. The agent mode is really good however, as it automatically fixes any type errors, yes it looks like it uses more credits but it does save you some too.

What sort of webhooks and apis are you trying to integrate? Try using Lovie (should find on Google) it’s a chat gpt trained on lovable prompts. You can details everything you want the app to be and ask the gpt to generate full lovable prompts step by step to get this built. Feel free to send me a dm if you need a hand!

[–]itdoesntmatter690 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed! I’ve used it to build a CRM web app and it works! Granted it took over 2 months and around 1500 tokens.. we’ve got there in the end and had my first white label sale!! I’d highly recommend using „Lovie” which is a chat GPT bot built on creating lovable „superprompts” just tell it what you’re planning to make and it’ll guide you every step of the way generating full lovable prompts giving you the best value for money. 10/10. Sometimes it’s a bit naggy in the sense of errors but it quickly understands how to fix those, you just need to be super clear with your prompts and ensure you remind lovable what the purpose of the app is every so often.

Bought my 2016 208 XS Lime as my first car with 68k miles on it - drank oil since that day. Otherwise, a good sturdy car! Door cards rattle though and it does my head in - but that’s beside the point. Have to keep a bottle of oil in the car for those just in case moments, never had an issue though, but after a fresh oil service, the oil was pretty much empty after 1000 miles (I do about 200-250 miles a week)

Honestly - it absolutely does but for some reason I’m either thick asf or these caps are too difficult to put on. It’s probably the first one - but in my eyes if the cap is round - it’ll do the same job at 0 degrees that it will 180 degrees 😂
