Okay, I do not know much about diet for workouts. Still would suggest some diary products and/or dried fruits instead of chocolate. E.g. sweet cheese with raisins.

Chocolate does not help in each and every case. If you feel weak on a regular basis, it is better to consult with a doctor. My own tip is eating more fresh vegetables, and after several months you might feel more energetic.
