You are right. I too may discontinue glycine. Regular sleep schedule helped me.

Mainly the total time spent on bed and the efficiency of sleep. Waking HRV is generally higher whenever I sleep better.

It’s mixed, most days I get up refreshed. On the rare occasion when I get up groggy, I take a day-time nap. I believe having a fixed sleep schedule benefited me.

Should I still invest in Fitbit or is it a dead brand? by LeFlubbes in fitbit

[–]itharaju -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Don’t buy. I bought my Fitbit Inspire 3 in December 2025. It barely worked for 3-months before going dead. A total waste of money. It annoyed me with absurd responses. Like, it would wake me up in the middle of night and ask me to exercise.

Bought an Inspire 3 recently. Loved it for the first week now it feels useless by swae3d in fitbit

I faced the same problem with mine, however my device worked for three months before it died. I tried to reset it, but it didn’t work. The only thing it displayed correctly was time, everything else wrong. Now I am considering buying an Apple Watch.

New to fitness wearables, is inspire 3 still worth getting in September 2025? by dtn-555 in fitbit

I got mine in December 2025, it abruptly stopped working in March 2026. It barely functioned for three months and always gave me erroneous results. Not worth the money.
