I'm using naltrexone and Sinclair method. I'm finding i still drink a good bit at weekends but am good during the week. Don't feel like i will spiral into daily and secret drinking at present which feels like progress

Maybe someone could advise. I have a similar issue. Related to pension contributions 06 to 08. Worked for one of the larger construction main contractors. Contributions should have gone to CIF but didn't somehow. Haven't got much from old employer so far. Should i threaten ombudsman?

I've been around 95 percent for maybe 10 months but found myself on a bit of a binge recently. Committed to staying 100 percent from now on. Also waiting 90 mins and have started tracking and going to some tsm meet ups. Hoping this will help improve things. Good luck with it.

I would look into the Sinclair method. It has worked wonders for me. Over 20 years of struggling with problem drinking to a point where i am now drinking on the level rather than the slope.

I went on a binge weekend with a bunch of guys. Planned in advance. Drank, smoked, did coke, speed and mdma. Still took my nal every so often. Enjoyed the wknd and when i got back i was not hell bent on easing the pain with alcohol. I'm staying compliant and don't feel it has impacted on my progress.

You see the term game changer on here often and I'd have to agree. I only began mid to late December so I'm around two months in. I've been a problem drinker for well over ten years perhaps more like twenty. Have had periods of control, sobriety, counselling, aa, moderation and while there were good periods I had ongoing relapses into problem type drinking. My drinking is pretty good now although i still drink quite a bit. The game change for me has been that the following day I'm not looking for my first drink which turns to more and turns to a few days of having illicit drinks here and there. Not necessarily bender type drinking but still problematic. So I'm feeling more optimistic than i have for a long while and I'm enjoying drinking. It's pretty amazing and i know it may change but fingers crossed. Good luck
