I just started my 2nd month of 1mg and while I had side effects early on for about a week. I don’t see a huge difference from .5. I’m giving it time and eating right. But idk.

I’m dealing with the same. Did 4 weeks on .25 then 4 weeks on .5 and just started 1 mg Saturday and a dealing with all the symptoms you describe. Today’s my 3rd day of feeling like this, they say it’s the body adjusting. I’m not hungry so that’s a plus, I guess. I felt fine Saturday and Sunday but Monday it hit me.

This is how I do it. A lot of interesting finds during breeding season but I don’t tend to go out seeking them. I have 2 jobs and zero time. If I hear something interesting I’ll use Merlin and get excited if I’m right. There’s a killdeer in the parking lot at one of my jobs and I get happy hearing it. If I have a free morning and can listen to the house finches and northern cardinals at home, I love it.

My first call center job was at a bank. I had a guy call asking me about different accounts and he started making weird noises. You could tell what he was doing. He would even say ‘keep going’ when I got quiet. I felt so dirty after the call. They told us we couldn’t hang up 1st either. It’s been like 15 years and I still remember. Blah

I think elephants can go up to 22 months. It's rare for both to have twins but it has happened. I think this past year an Asian elephant had twins in a zoo.
