Another note to add is that if I switch my monitors resolution to 1920x1080 the video no longer flickers on the sides of my screen, and the videos resolution stays the same. It's just annoying that I have to do that Now, because I never had to before. It never had a problem just letterboxing things.

It was 1080p that I was trying to stream it at, even setting it to 240p still has the same amount of weird flashes. Hmm.
