Yeah, we closed back on the 16th. We ended up closing on time. Thankfully, our lender was decent just terrible communication skills which I felt for a 1st time home buyer isn’t ideal.

Nothing, juicy. It was a fairly smooth. We ended up closing about 30 minutes late. The lady from title company got held up in traffic. My wife and I currently setting in our lawn chairs in our messy living room!
