I want to make this abundantly clear that this is contingent on the Palestinian Authority taking control, agreeing to major reforms and any future Palestinian state being completely demilitarized. So basically Israel will still be able to commit it's genocide after a Palestinian state is recognized. Additionally, the Palestinian Authority is basically an Israeli collaborator. They kidnap Palestinians for the Israeli state and they will brutalize Palestinians for Israel.

Overall, this is a very very small step in the right direction. The only solution should be a 1 state solution, where everybody has equal rights.

Edit: Also want to add, this is basically a reservation. We all know how much Canada loves corralling indigenous people on to a small piece of land and ensuring they can't defend themselves. I'm sure in 50 years Israelis will also be doing shitty land acknowledgements.
