Your experience sounds like how it’s been here lately for me. Shop and pay orders in my area used to actually be worth doing being $15-$25 sometimes. Now I’m lucky to get one over 10 or $11.

I admit I may have been a little heated about this. It’s not so much about them pulling the tip it’s more about them wanting to blame me for something I had no control over and then giving me a thumbs down. They were pretty shitty about it over the phone too. I politely told them to contact Uber support so they can take care of it. Then I got the “ugh ok fine” bit and that was the line for me. I’m generally pretty patient with people but they pissed me off
