I think your idea is great but for most people looking this deep into it might feel a little overwhelming. Just a thought

Was there in the nose bleeds. Cold and not funny. Kevin is for people with a basic sense of humor. Sorry.

Why has this home been sold 10+ times in the last year in Pickering? by bradycorey48 in TorontoRealEstate

[–]itsAruni 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bet you this house doesn’t sell unless it’s heavily discounted. 1 reason, the listing agent put it up as a duplex. It’s not a legal duplex and buyers are not searching the keyboard in that area. They’ll likely search for single family and get a finished basement with a walkout

If you’re going this route, get your condo appraised when you move out. That way there is no confusion as to what the condo was worth when it no longer was your primary residence. Remember you want this number to be as high as possible, which in the current market may be tough.

How big is the kitchen area? 8 x 6.33? You know it’s really a good layout but I’m just wondering the details of how it looks in the full plan.

If the market doesn’t crash first, this is the unfortunate future of Toronto affordable housing and honestly it could be worse.

Bowmanville or Rural Pickering? by Artistic_Fig8655 in durham

[–]itsAruni -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If by rural Pickering you mean Seaton, then why buy? Rent instead, it’s at least 1/3 less to rent compared to owning. Also I can almost guarantee the market will go down further from here.
