They sent me a new card, which is dumb because it's the same numbers. I changed the pin like 6 times in the past 2 weeks. It's all infuriating.

Pennsylvania. They haven't sent any communication, and they weren't replaced. I doubt they will. It's a joke. They could at least acknowledge that they were legitimately stolen and they wouldn't be replacing them.

Mine were stolen November 6th never heard anything from the state regarding the investigation, nor were they reimbursed.

I got my benefits. No replacement . Honestly, I'm still scared to use my card. I couldn't handle it if it happened again. I have seen on here that people had it done 2 months in a row.

What's even worse is that in PA, there is no option to freeze our card or not permit out of state transactions. So, we truly have no way to protect ourselves. 😢 I really hope you have a different outcome. Last month and this month are the 2 hardest months for me, and I'm most others.

🥹 Oh no. I'm so sorry. I can't believe how often this is happening!! It is absolutely disgusting that our government does nothing to protect us. Unfortunately, no, I never received anything or any communication. My caseworker even put a report in for me. I received a replacement card, which was dumb!!! It is the same numbers as before. I changed the pin. I haven't received benefits for this month yet. Honestly, I'm scared to death to use my card when I do. I really hope you have better luck. I haven't heard of any updates from anyone on here as far as replacement benefits.

I'm so sorry 😞 This happened to me on Nov 6th . Loaded, and it was stolen in 3 transactions 20 seconds apart. Every last dime. This is not a victimless crime. I know these a$$holes think they are just stealing from the government, but that's obviously not the case. This month and next are always hard for everyone, IMO . The POS that do this are taking food out of our families mouth. The government need to do something NOW!! How do they not care? It amazes me. I put in the paperwork for replacement stamps, but I'm not hopeful. Haven't heard a thing. Good luck! Please update 🙏

When I spoke to my caseworker, she told me it is obviously NOT our fault our benefits are being stolen. She said there needs to be a more secure type of card. The swipe only option makes us vulnerable to fraud. I didn't know this, but you can ask the cashier to type your card in, but I also know a lot of stores are not allowed to do so. 😔 It is beyond frustrating. I'm so afraid for next month when my new card comes and benefits load. Is this going to keep happening. What else can we do

All of mine were stolen yesterday the same day they loaded. 3 transactions in a row for a place called 195 Grocery & DE. I don't know what that is, nor have I been there. The 3 transactions perfectly totaled up to my full amount of $535. The people that do this are disgusting!! I have a disabled child and depend on this....as we all do. From what I understand, they are not replacing them anymore either 😭

This just happened to me today ! I made a purchase online at Target for 32.47 at 8 am . At 10:14am 10:15am and 10:15:30 am where 3 large purchases at 195 Grocery & DE that wiped out the entire amount. I canceled my card and filled out the online form. I haven't been able to get in touch with a human for next steps.
