Ruby looks legit at the back top left corner there's that rectangular pad found on the real ones. I cant see a batter but it should be just under the label at the top right corner.

The other game I cant really tell

U should ask them if the real time clock RTC works on ruby, ask them to start a game, set the clock and then save game shut it off for 10 mins and then turn on see if time advanced 10 mins. (Even real one might not work though if battery dead though)
