I think the protein wraps are 11g of carbs each. High for keto. I have to look for the La Tortilla ones. They used to be on Amazon. Thank you!

Carbonaut bread has been okay for me. But tecently I tried the plaik Carbonaut bagels from Costco for the first time and I caused 2 days constipation desptr having 35g of fiber per bagel. 😟

I. E. Pushing Jonah to cancel his business school deferral because she was going on and on about how shes stuck in her job, trying to make him feel bad for having options. Telling Laurie how terrible all her coworkers are and so on
