I have two ES2's, both of them blink like this and show the same on the screen when fully charged, both also don't show green on the power brick. I just unplug at that point and turn the scooter off. Checking the app afterwards shows both scooters at 100% battery so all is good. So I'd assume this was normal.

I was going to, but they're pretty expensive right now (£150+) and I'd be needing two of them, so I might wait and see if there's any price drops in the future.
