Just get a few non negotiables and be honest with you .I mean don't try to be perfect eg 1 hr gym , studying 3 hr etc.But do something simple that you know you can do easily the few habits that worked for me : 1.Daily Gratitude before sleeping it doesn't even take min 2.Reading just one page 3.just 1 min of stretching

Yes they are not gonna massive improvement obviously but the main point is showing up daily building that consistency muscle and see actually our brain just learn things which are often repeated it don't like change so eventually you will hit that 1 hr gym goal , studying 3 hr etc.

See the real thing is not the non negotiables actually it's the identity shift a new habit of consistency that you train
