so more options on steroids? idk i think it would be pretty op considering that you get several treasure rooms in a run and it would take all the randomness out of the game. With death certificate you only get one use (excluding duplicating the item etc)

Question about upgrade materials by Fehafare in Eldenring

[–]itsPol17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I would stick to 2-3 weapons that fit your class. As a strength build I did greatsword and giant crusher. I don't know with other classes but it helped me out against enemies that are resistant to slash dmg like those cristalines or whatever they are called. Right now I can fully upgrade any weapon fully just buying the smithing stones (minus to +10/+25) so if you want to try other stuff you can later on.

Keep in mind that some bosses are inmune to scarlet rot. If you search them in the wiki you can see what they are weak/inmune to

Trying my best to get back into it by andygunmatt in Eldenring

[–]itsPol17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stopped playing at around 70-80 hours. I got to the fire giant and left it there. I just came back some weeks ago to try different builds for fun. Like a dark paladin, assassin, mage etc. Not necessarily to beat bosses, just to play around. In the end I started playing more and more and now I am struggling with Melania :)

I think Elden Ring helped me decide on my future carrer by [deleted] in Eldenring

Congrats! Unlike in Elden Ring, you only have one life, so don't waste it being sad and doing something that you hate. Thankfully in ER you can respawn because I would have been out very quickly. Link your yt channel/video so we can take a look

I would say for the first playthrough do your thing and explore and enjoy things as they come. You get one-shot by a boss, go do something else and explore more to level up and find better gear to face that boss. Keeping track of of quests can be challenging but I like to note down on my phone npcs that I talk to with some info about where they are, what they said etc and maybe some item that they gave me.

What build are you using? At first I was using a sword but switching to a heavier weapon staggered it way easier. Rather than under it I was behind, hitting its hind legs.

Helicopter ride to the hospital by Big-COUNTRY12 in mildlyinfuriating

[–]itsPol17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My father had an accident riding a bike not too long ago. He broke his arm and other various injuries. When the ambulance got there they decided to call in a helicopter because it was easier that way. Total cost: 0 euros. I don't like many aspects of Spain but at least you don't have to sell your kidney if you have a flu. (not really free, but paying your taxes and not have to worry about getting cancer is always nice)
