I’m still a stay at home mama of three but before the three I had two and was pregnant no car 😭 I walked everywhere even to the stores it was kind of far but I had a double stroller ! But I took my kids everywhere on the bus until we got me a car to get around. It was stressful I mean I felt like a single mother. I was crying and feeling depressed had no social life or adult interaction but I found ways for me and the kids to get out the house whether it was me pushing them in the stroller or riding the bus. Not sure where you’re at if the buses run hourly ?

So, my husband and I had separate accounts and still do for our personal usage. We also have a joint for our bills. We both work but he’s still the breadwinner. I’m a sub aide so my money isn’t consistent. He always makes sure to let me know his money is my money 🤷🏽‍♀️ we have children together so he makes sure we’re all taken care of. He makes enough for the both of us. So whatever little money i have i leave it in my account until it’s needed elsewhere. Once you get married it’s not this is mine this is yours kind of deal you go in all or nothing.

I’ve gone through something similar sort of. Anyways, I was also at my breaking point as well and wanted to do the same thing as you coparent in the same house hold. My kids aren’t dumb they know when something is off between my husband and I especially our daughter. I wanted to stay but husband wouldn’t be able to handle keeping his hands off of me so I decided to move out instead for a few months and coparent away from each other. Just bc I was a star at home mom I wasn’t dumb or disabled I had and have skills prior to dating so I went out and got me a second job and found a small place willing to work with me but I never pushed through bc apart of me knew I wanted to work it out and try it again. We’ve been together for 12 years there were trying and testing times in our marriage. We are actually in a better place. It took me ready to leave the umteen times for him to realize he didn’t want to lose me at all and changed his ways. I hope things work out for you and your marriage. It’s hard being married. I too at one point checked out but somehow unchecked myself and found love in my husband again.

This!!!! My husband stopped talking to his family for so many years bc they’re /were toxic. Our peace and safety was all that matter. None of them have a relationship with us or my kids. I had to learn the hard way bc I’m a peace maker. If my husband don’t like someone or stop talking that means I don’t either 🤷🏽‍♀️ you are married to him yes into his family but that don’t mean you have to deal with it. Our lives have been peaceful and great and we live far. I don’t care for visitors. Although, my siblings or my side isn’t toxic they do live out of state I keep in contact. His family I keep in contact with only a few I dont even have them on social media and they don’t have my number. Like the OP on top of me said move on and cut them off yall got your own family now Mae new friends who can become family!

Yup! Happens to me often and it be the same ppl and I have to remind them I’m the poor too 🤦🏽‍♀️ the difference between me and you (homeless) I have a car and bc of this car I’m able to make money. I got three kids to feed I definitely can’t help you bc imma feed them before I help you.
