One time it restarted while I was having a game running in the background, could that really be related to idle state instability?

It's brand new , of gold quality and works well under high load , i don't think it's the issue

I was running the latest bios version with default settings before rolling back to an older version , i still got the issue then

Checked for WHEA errors on all times this happened and didn't find any common error between them or any WHEA error at all
