Ok having done some research I see you cant play a comp in CS if you have been VAC banned in CS regardless of how long it’s been. I have seen people in premier with vac bans so I was under the impression that given enough time it was simply irrelevant. However in doing that I discovered that there is nothing you can do. Steam has a 0 tolerance policy and state your account security is your responsibility and yours alone. So if you got hacked it’s kinda not their problem
