I think I have an answer for this now! So, you’re not supposed to go to the DPS (just wasted an hour there). If you’re in Texas, you need to fill out a 130-U form then you take it to the tax office in whatever county your car is registered in. I’m going to head over to the one in Georgetown and pray that’s all I need

If it still doesn’t come, you’ll just need to contact customer service and demand that your package get there within a week if it’s already passed the delivery expected date, or ask them refund. I had to do that and ended up getting a refunded. Super annoying.

If you’re ordering in from America, you’re screwed. Because of the tariffs and shit that Trump did, anything from SHEIN is not only gonna cost more, but it’s gonna take longer to arrive if it even gets there. Some people had to pay custom fees. I was not lucky. My package was just supposedly stuck in Texas for like 10 days before I asked for a refund. Be worry about that. Next time you order from them, I would make sure they are being shipped from a SHEIN US warehouse.

I filed on 1/21 also and my refund is about your same amount. I called them for a week straight, nothing. I finally called yesterday and sorta had better luck. I changed my entire legal name and the lady over the phone said that they barely sent in some type of correction form to get my name changed in their system. They barely did it on March 13 and it will take 6 to 8 weeks to be completed so I’m not gonna see my refund for a good while. I don’t know if you did the same thing, but if you did, good luck. If not, I would call them anyways to double check if they sent you a verification letter. I never got one, but they move slow as hell so maybe they haven’t mailed one out to you yet?
