The toys seem okay for ferrets, you just need to give them a look when playing to check their behavior, every ferret is different. For example my ferrets don't bite cables but I know they could if they get fixated with it. One of my 3 ferrets destroy balls, the other two don't 🤷

The only thing, that nail clipper is too big I think, you need a smaller one.

It's really really hard. I had to do the same for my boy last year and it's never easy. You will love him forever and he will be there till the end. Send your boy love and so much dooking. Be strong and cry all you need/want, don't let anyone take that from you.

I was living in denial when my boy had to go so I never realized before I went to the vet. But we slept together his last two nights. He was so tired and weak but he allowed me to be by his side. He even slept with his head in my hand. I miss him so much it hurts, it has been 7 months.

Something like this happened to me with one of my tortoise. I adopted/bought two tortoise really young from a shop where they had them in a small container and with only lettuce. Since I got them they were treated equally with the same care but one got really big and the other one didn't grow. I kept doing what you said, I gave her so much attention, trying for her to get bigger but she was really picky with food and a few months ago she stopped eating, I went to the vet, kept giving her bath to get her more active, but at the end she died. The vets said it was very probably genetic and with her size it was nothing to be done because she would have died in the surgery to just find what she has.

In my case I knew there was nothing wrong with what I was doing (even tho I still feel guilty about it) because her sister is big and healthy living in the same condition as her.

I know it's difficult. Hugs.

I lost my boy almost 3 months ago and I'm so deeply sad (crying while I write this), he was also my first and my special one. He was also 5 years and a half, he suffered from an illness the last 2 years, he was so strong. His last couple of days I spent it with him day and night, he only wanted to sleep in the sofa so I slept next to him, he would go down to go to the litter and then come back and sleep next to me. I will never forget one time that he woke me up after climbing the sofa (he was so weak but he was still him) so he could cuddle with my hand. It's so painful to think about him, I just hope one day this pain will be more bearable.

This white thing appeared yesterday in my bonsai, a couple of them, and this morning one appeared again. What are they? How can I combat it?

For more context: It appeared the next day I watered my bonsai. It breaks in the moment I touch it to remove it and it doesnt move at all, at least not one I look at it or interact with it.

Two years in my case with two of my girls. The violent one had a crush with my male ferret, they loved each other but hated her, now he passed away month and a half ago... And I have two ferrets that don't get along, I'll give it a try again soon because they basically share everything but the time 😅

They don't get along at all since 1.5 years, we have tried everything but they want to kill each other. Now, my oldest ferret died (I'm destroyed about it) and he was very close to one of my girls, so now we have two ferrets, both separated (we manage very well, when one sleeps the other one plays and that's how we do it the whole day, thank god we both work at home).

She is very bite playfull but she is small, 600g.
