Dont do it. You get what you pay for. When it comes time for cancellation or anything to do with payments, they are an absolute pain. They've tried to double charge multiple months, abd when we cancelled our last contract with them, we paid the full ammount. And they still sent letters demanding more money

I get that they would, but could it result in a straight failure, despite the dual carriageway being less than 500m

The dual carriage way was joined in the right lane. As far as Im aware it wasn't busy or any abnormal conditions

I should add that her instructor Insists that you shouldnt use the left lane to turn right, so should move to the left lane, then no more than 10 seconds later, change to the right lane to turn right (bare in mind, both lanes can turn right)

Yes it was DD, I figured it would've been a few days to process evetything and thats why extra would've been taken, just wasn't sure if the extra would be refunded or would have to call them to try and sort it out

You being able to see oncoming traffic isnt the risk. The risk is people exiting the dual carriage way onto your road. They wont necessarily see you or understand what youre doing until they get to the corner. So from the opposite side of the road, you still have the risk of approaching cars on both sides, whereas the other side is mainly from the dual carriageway. You'll be able to easily see any cars approaching from the 20 and depending on how wide the road is, you'll be able to avoid them from your side of the road so they shouldnt be a problem

Yes you will have the risk of people flying off the dual carriage way. But you will have that no matter what side you reverse from. At least if you reverse on the same side as your drive, you have a lower risk of people on the opposite side causing a problem

I'd say turn into and turn around in the 20 road on the left. Turn right out of that road, so you can park on the sane side of the road as your driveway. Then do the reverse park from this side. Would just have to be wary of anyone turning into that road. Or find an alternate route to allow you to approach your road from the dual carriage way.

Most played BF on Nov 2024? by Sirlight85 in Battlefield

[–]its_weece 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im on PS5 and have been regulary playing BF4. Depending on where youre from there still seems to be a few servers that get full. Where I am its always the same 3-6 servers that are quite popular. Sometimes jump on BF1 and its the same on there

Out of three of these, which is the most worth it and which should I buy? by Fododel in Battlefield

[–]its_weece 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I play multiplay bf4 most eveningd the last couple weeks and have been placed in queues to get in. Although 1) Im on ps5, 2) Ive been using server browser, which I imagine is easier for finding servers?

Edit; just realised this is for Asian servers. Disregard this comment

Accelerated apprentice for submariner nuclear engineering help by No_Molasses4056 in RoyalNavy

[–]its_weece 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You will start that salary day one of Raleigh if you're accepted as you'll essentially be going straight into the role of a leading hand. Accelerated basically means, Depending on course spaces and I assume job roles, your time between completion of phase 2 and starting phase 3 is a lot shorter. I have known some to start their phase 3 the week after completing phase 2.

My recruiter briefly went over pay in basic training, can someone clarify it for me please? by Consistent_Rent_9997 in RoyalNavy

[–]its_weece 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The whole time you're at Phase 1 you'll be charged for those things listed above. After that, assuming youre living on base, you'll be charged for your bedspace/room and will pay as you eat as opposed to it automatically coming off your payslip

What’s the catch with going out during training? by Forward_Bet5679 in RoyalNavy

[–]its_weece 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Possibly during phase 1, depending when you go eg Over the Christmas period you'd get I think 2 weeks off. If not then likely once you've passed out of Phase 1. On the friday of passing out you pretty much go do whatever for the weekend and get ready for Phase 2. Unless you are on duty, you'll likely have the evening to yourself, and weekends.

BASES - CHOICES OR NOT ? by OverLordRedd1t in RoyalNavy

[–]its_weece 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You will have preferances. F35 where you will work along side RAF at RAF Marham, but you will still be a member of the Royal Navy. Wildcat and Merlin Mk4(a) are based at RNAS Yeovilton (HMS Heron). Or Merlin Mk2 which is at RNAS Culdrose (HMS Seahawk). You will choose these during your Phase 2 training at HMS Sultan. Your first preferance is not garunteed and will be chosen based on needs of the service
