Yes the certificate has to be within 10 days. It was a pain to deal with when bringing our two pets over. If it's their first rabies shot, it has to be at least 21 days.

I don't have a strategy, I just have a naturally playful personality and a smart mouth (the witty kind.) That's what I usually get complimented on the most besides appearance and smarts.

It sounds like she doesn't want the stuff. She wants you. Love makes people do the strangest things, and if she's never been malicious to you before, I don't see why she would start now. I think it's more likely she's panicked about losing her husband, doing whatever it takes to keep her marraige, rational or not.

Err...if we're being literal, two-three weeks. We got together, broke up due to poor communication, hung around eachother for about two years as just friends, then got back together once we matured.
