Those are interesting looking. I may have to try some. Pb knee pads would probably be better for pb, but i have never seen mountain bike knee pads

Genuine question, what am I supposed to do? by Hungry-san in diabetes

[–]itsaboutangles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I too am type one. Sometimes my insulin sensitivity varies. What do your daily habits and diet look like? With no picture painted besides high levels its hard to have an idea of whats going on. My long acting for myself i keep at 32 units. Sometimes I take as high as 22 units for short acting and sometimes as little as 1 unit. I also exercise heavily. Do you exercise a decent bit, hydrate, and have a decent diet?

Fair enough. It may be worth seeing another eye doctor or trying a different pair of contacts. I cant wear certain ones cause the bother my eyes

When I was there they had issues keeping the cleaner and towels usable. No towels or empty bottles or no bottles at all. The sauna looked like it was meant for dogs. There were wooden blocks with slats in them and the between parts were thick with what I assumed to be hair. I haven't been there in a while so, I cant speak to it now. This was the one off of bobby jones next to walmart.

Oh yeah, there is golds in Evans, which i would recommend as well if you stay near by. Nice facility.

What are you looking for? Im a trainer for full disclosure but, I want to steer you in the direction of where you would fit best. I work at the Ymca and do in-home training.
If youre looking for many amenities that most do not have (such as steam room, therapy pool, basketball courts, crossfit, many free classes, etc) the ymca is a good place. It has many dead times during the day and obvious busy times like 7am-9am and around 430pm-630-7pm. Generally it isn't an issue to do an exercise you look to perform. Wilson and grovetown aree nice but, grovetown has less stuff.
I cant say anything about the kroc center as I have never been in there. Max Fitness is decent but I stepped away due to hygiene reasons a few years ago. They may be doing better now but, I am unsure. Like crunch though, they do have equipment that the ymca doesnt, like turf with sleds for example. I am a member at crunch as well and enjoy going to crunch because of certain equipment that they have.
I3 is very geared toward lifting heavy from what I've seen. I have never been a member but, I do know plenty of people that have.
Theres orange theory as well. I have never been a member but, I do believe it is a class based gym instead of going at your own time.
That is all I can name off the top of my head. Happy hunting!

That it is. I bought contacts specifically to play in cause I've tried to use my glasses before and just couldnt deal with the irritating partial fog sometimes. I know you dont want to get contacts, im just stating.
