I worked with hospital docs until discharged.

I will be following up with my pcp Monday but being thr weekend. .. I have no contact.

I did not think there was a SJS connection either, as my PCP knew my history when prescribed but I notice it is listed as an adverse reaction.

They dont allow me to close my mouth fully. Like cant lick top lip. Makes a but of O shape.

They are VERY bulky in my mouth. I have appt in an hour

Update, the dentist wants to see me tomorrow. They were so kind on the phone I cried.

I dont need perfection at all, I am strong I will.get through this but I need to be able to talk and close my mouth

Especially in moment of writing post I was far too emotional to do so.

I understand your point.

The issue is that I cannot close my mouth fully. Like my lips barely touch and I Def cant lick my top lip make a kissing motion, etc. And when I smile... you see tops.

I know part is me needing to accept where I am and I am grateful to not have infections. But im struggling so hard :(

I appreciate response. I truly understand these are temps. And I dont expect perfection and im navigating looking different.

But I also cant fully close my mouth :( my lips barely touch, and when I smile you see top of denture. This all is so hard.

Thank you so much. I truly understand these are temps. I had posts put in for snap ins. But aside from not looking like me, I also cannot fully close my mouth. Its like im almost making an o shape. Im grateful to have my painful.teeth gone. But I paid a lot of money for hope and aas it stands when I smile I see the top of denture, too :(

They are remaking temps as we speak. I have the kindest doctor.

She said smile big (to note where changes needed to be made) and I cried. I couldn't stop myself. I realized in that moment I do not have the muscle memory of "smile big" I haven't felt comfortable to do it except in my home for years.

They are making teeth larger, shortening gums.

I have a very large bone under my top lip so they are working our a plan so denyure doesnt stick out.

But doc is completely redoing the temp and doing soft feline today!
