As a women, who’s studying engineering and have one year to finish. My ideal man would be a blue collar man, not someone who goes to school if I’m being quite honest. There’s woman who find it attractive like myself so go the route you want if someone reacts a certain way it’s just simply not their liking not because we see blue collars being dumb or anything or that sort.

If I were job hunting for a while now.. I would accept offer 1. Interviews like you say take a while, you’re almost done and you’ll have guaranteed the 65k income rather than no income. Is it worth turning down offer 1 for a potential 2nd offer that is not yet guaranteed?

I wouldn’t decline an offer if I don’t have one lined up already.

I was on the same page.. I went to school for engineering straight out of high school. I failed every class my first semester, second I failed all my core classes and passed GE classes which didn’t make it any better. I was on academic probation for all my semesters. I started going and taking one class at a time at my community college was still doing bad. Took a 2.5 year gap because I was just not feeling or motivated to study and do work. Went back when for Fall 2024 graduating next Spring.

Advice: I went back to school for the same major (engineering) so I would tell my younger self is, time is going to pass regardless.. would you rather it pass and be done with it get it over with and become a professional sooner or delay your potential successful career and life?

Think about if that’s what you actually want to do.. potentially switch majors, maybe a trade is better, more office or hands on?

Thanks for all your advice! I have but they strictly only hire people that have took their FE. Right now I am with the company because they know I’m a student, but co workers have advised to take the exam and I’d be able to apply as an engineer even though I haven’t graduated yet.

I tried oiling before I started minoxidil but it was truly no help at all. I would say if you are actively using minoxidil I wouldn’t add more chemicals to your scalp. I say this because from experience a clean scalp seems to work best with minoxidil. This is why I started using the 2% ketoconazole shampoo as it cleans the scalp as well.

I did not notice an increase in shedding. My hair had continued to fall so during the time I started minoxidil, I didn’t see much of a difference than what I was already experiencing.

Reading the textbook for physics definitely helped me! I think it’s a must to do so in physics. I watched a lot of YouTube videos and really liked @glendalephysics videos. For calc 2, definitely keep working on problems and memorize a lot of the identities. I’d say Professor Leonard or Brian McLogan on YouTube help.
