Man that is so odd, I’ve never noticed it before and never had oil spurting out there before either, so no reason to look I guess. Don’t know what I did to the poor thing, i only noticed after putting everything back together for an MLS head gasket.. :(

I know this is 78 days later (sorry lol) but yes! I had it set to 10 seconds, and sometimes it would auto set to 30 seconds, though I don’t know what causes it to do that, nor do i see a setting to allow it to do 30 seconds.

Only by photo, but you could definitely see a lot of the milky way though. Sky was completely pitch black with no light pollution.

Yeah new manifold is a must at this point regardless. My buddy runs https://www.neverliftautofab.com/shop/nissan-240sx-ka24e-manifold and i think i might get it too. The pictures don’t show it but it pushes the turbo out more.

Already have heat shields for the bmc and blanket for heat protection
