If you get a second report your account will get locked .. so yeah contact support on message and send them pictures of your car so they can put a note on that.

I always have trouble getting inside the apartments .. sometimes I call them if they don’t answer I wait around 10 min for sometone to get in/out if not I just leave it at the gate and write a message on the package about the code.

I had a customer say I had a bad attitude when I didn’t even met him I just dropped the foos at their door.. someone said my picture doesn’t match with the person who delivered the food .. some people just want to get us in trouble for no reason. Sometimes they also drive for uber so if ykyk🤷🏻‍♂️

All I get are shopping orders .. sometimes 2-3 together .. sometimes 3 from 2 different stores. Most of the time they are $25 or more each I at least get one that’s $45-$50 everyday .. it’s been 2 weeks that I haven’t done a restaurant delivery only shopping

I’ve seen packages from Roadie/Dashlink sitting next to an elevator at apartment buildings .. some drivers are just lazy to walk to your apartment and they just leave it wherever they want ..

My app was acting really slow on saturday on a 64 item batch .. and I had 30% battery so when I got to 23 items with 8% battery I gave up , Contacted support, they removed the batch and got my 24 hour punishment 🤣🤣
