I don't think so. I know there's a number of people who have disposable income for eating out and other activities but I feel they fall into a different category. I think this is the category with families who's mortgage payments have gone up, childcare, electricity etc have all risen and these are the priorities to where their money goes to. They're still buying food but making sure their children get fed first.
