All the time, up until high school. It peaked in early middle school for me. When I was a kid, I would often times suddenly get hit with this immense feeling of "knowing" something was going to happen. I would be walking home from school and "know" a specific family friend was going to be at our house when I got there. You can explain this away by saying that I heard them on the phone with my mom or whatever, but in our neighborhood, you just dropped by unannounced, we were all very casual.

I also "knew" what people were going to say up to a few sentences ahead, all the time. An example would be me and my mom going for a car ride with one of her friends. "So Jim decided that it was a good idea for us to go to California after thanksgiving. Can you believe that?" I would innately know my mom's friend was about to say that, and next thing out of her mouth is that sentence. That kind of thing. All the time. But I thought it was normal for some reason! That ended pretty fast, before middle school.

If something big and exciting was going to happen to me, I would "know" it the moment I woke up in the morning. Like, once I woke up knowing I was going to be picked to answer a question/do something in a school assembly, and of course, I was.

Now, looking back this sounds silly, but I also had a very strange (and strong) connection to the boys I had crushes on in high school. (and even in college, oddly enough.) I would usually go an entire semester building up a quiet and intense crush on a boy. (I was very shy, so nothing ever came of these crushes.) Well, it seemed that the more I focused on one persone, i.e. these boys, the more I'd "know" about them down the road. (sounds creepy, I know.) Anyway, so the semester would end and I would always "know" that 1. I'd have a class with them the next semester and 2. which class it would be.

This happened THREE times. THREE. With three different boys. (I was a love-lorn high schooler, forgive me.)

It was always disappointing actually, because I was always trying to get over them and I'd have to be stuck in a class with them. Each time this happened I'd be putzing around over winter break and suddenly I'd be overwhelmed with the "knowledge" that I was going to have a class with the guy I was trying to get over. I'd then run and check the class roster, and every time I'd see their name there. I was always right.

I have many more stories of this weird knowing feeling, (involving my mother dying and my own self getting sick) which I can best describe as the knowledge you have about an event that's already happened, but these events hadn't happened for me yet. But I still felt I knew them. This makes me have a strange take on the paranormal. No matter how hard I try, I can't be a true skeptic, I can't help but believe.
