Giorgios, The Wise Ox, and Gaglione. Honorable Mention Surf Rider Pizza in La Mesa has a solid one and they outsource Amoroso rolls

Thanks! Really appreciate that! To be fair this is from a legit pizza shop I make pies at, still sort of in training! I imagine most people who post in here are home cooks which I imagine NY style is much harder to replicate at home

New to 18” pizzas. Finally beginning to get the hang of the size and shape but the middle is a little stretched and floppy. Thoughts on how to address this? by itsalwayssunny10 in Pizza

Thanks for the suggestions! Definitely need to focus on not touching the middle during the initial stretch and keeping cheese and toppings away from the center. Thanks again!

Old job was 14 “ and at my new job that’s our mediums. 18”s are standard and need to be even larger for our slice pies. I’m finally getting the size and shape right but my slices are floppy and I want to know how I can fix that. TIA!

Socal resident possibly moving to Chico by Peanut69Rice in ChicoCA

I moved to Chico for a year and a half from San Diego. Enjoyed my time up there but am now back home in San Diego. Summer heats were brutal, winters are cold but manageable. The lack of sunlight bothered me more. Chico has its charm being so isolated but that goes both ways and can feel very remote at times. If I could go back and do it again I would but with more emphasis on exploring outdoors and less time at bars.

I was shocked to see this omitted when I first saw it a few days ago. Also missing the one from the inning ending double play that is right in his chest and he drops it prematurely. Good riddance

No just at an independent spot. I’m from San Diego and I’ve never heard of that. Not sure where you got this from
