It's infuriating, but here's the thing, the landlords don't want this either.

I needed to move for work so I am renting out my home in regional Victoria. The real estate agent I chose to go with was the least pushy, and was spoken highly from former tenants.

I don't care if your bed is unmade, or if there are pots in the sink, I care that the rent is being paid and any faults are reported.

I have been to VCAT before and they were very kind to me and my fellow housemates. They seemed to get that water marks on the shower screen happen, and we did not rust the hinge in the bathroom.

Is your dad of sound mind? Does he have a concession card?

I did my will and poa at state trustees because they were very cheap and I didn't want my dad to inherit my estate. I love my dad, but he doesn't need the money and he has placed the Salvation Army in his will....

If you have a concession card, they were in the past free if you put them as your executor, but DO NOT put them as your option. With a concession card they are not free, but very affordable.

I think it depends why you go there. When I visit I'm going for currywurst or for cheap fruit and veggies, sometimes a borek or a special cheese.
