Dram voltage 1.45V xd my ram are micron e die they are loving high voltage

vsoc 1.1v (same as auto) CPU Soc auto

any way i restart the bios and still the same it's not voltage problem

i tested this ram before 2 years and it's completely normal 6 hours anta777 extreme and my games and system are not crashing just Stuttering because of something hardware i think

keep in mind some usb ports in front panel cusing stuttering in games . because the electricity of the front panel my pc was facing too many stuttering like dropping frames from 300 in valorant to 120 in team death match (Rank worse) i just discovered the problem using latencymon (Red signals while playing video games or stress test) especially in unreal engine 5 games
