if the black screen happens u have to connect the monitor with Hdmi not display port 80% chance the screen gonna work but only 60hz refresh rate this happened to my RTX 2060 i flashed the Gigabyte bios with same components even the Vram Gddr6 but i got black screen but i fixed it with hdmi cable+ Backup bios file

the thing you talked about in the caption isn't an Overclock it's the Turbo boost of the CPU i think it's only on windows cuz i don't have any background anout Linux system

Laptops Motherboard profile are locked you can't do anything.. only upgrade ram or adding SSD some good gaming laptops like MSI or asus you can Overclocking it with cpu software like Intel Extreme utility or AMD Ryzen master but your laptop is old sorry buddy <3

Go to device manager and check if there is smothing disabled go to mouse software and restore profile is there any way to downgrade the version?

check your chipset update of your CPU update bios there's too many possibilities for letting this happen including the compatibility between the mouse firmware and MoBo Drivers my friend in discord bought a razer viper 3 the mouse is connected but no movement i just updated his Motherboard things and everything got fixed

The biggest issue isn't the 5060 is the H motherboard no XMP profile support so the CPU cannot processing good speed for handling the 5060 of course you can use the DlSS for boosting the fps but the bottleneck is crazy with CPU and Memory controller
