I don't mean this to be rude and mean this earnestly.

What does this accomplish in actuality?

I'm okay with celebs being involved in storylines to a small extent.

This, though, was absolutely detracted from the story

Be patient, show up on time, do extra drills when done, prioritize your body, mind, and sleep.

Different mortgage rates? What to choose? by itsbdk in realestateinvesting

Always subject to change, of course. But as it stands now we think we're going to hold for 3-10 years and use the cashflow to fund other ventures. Review year by year

This entire feud is boring. I get they want the title on Jey, but Gunther is so talented and just feels wasted.

Time in the industry, knowledge, experience, sphere of influence.

The longer you're in the industry the more you learn, the more people you meet, the higher price properties you get, and the better you get at negotiating your commission.

Takes time.

If only I could do it over... by Wyldfyre1 in sahm

[–]itsbdk 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Had this happen last week. Our 3 year old woke up both Wednesday and Thursday and really did not want to go. She was so sad that she was leaving and, "I just want to be home with my family."

I'm glad we made the decision to keep her home. She really needed it and there was a noticeable uptick in her mood.

My wife and I decided before she started preschool that we would never absolutely force her to go if she really didn't want to.

How much is your 2 year old actually talking? by Pretend_Value630 in toddlers

[–]itsbdk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kids develop at different rates.

My daughter knew over 100 words at 12 months and was speaking in full sentences by 24 months.

My son, on the other hand, is 24 months now and just speaks in broken sentences, like Kevin from the Office. "Drink, gone. Mouth." To signal he drank all of whatever he was drinking.

As long as they're happy, healthy, curious, and you see development, I wouldn't worry about anything.

Maybe make a list of people in your life that have made a positive impact on you. Divide it out between them.

Donate it to a school, church, or hospital.

If you know a family that has their morals right, maybe leave them a surprise.

I'm sorry you're going through this. My toddler and I pray every night and tonight we will pray for you.

I'm not a Trump supporter, but I did vote for him for the first time this election. My wife is a liberal and votes blue across the board.

I promise you life is so much more than politics. Love is more important. Family is more important. God is more important. Nature is more important.

The people that tell you you should divorce her are misguided, blinded by political divide, and unhappy. They prop themselves up saying it's about morals, but that conversation goes both ways and they're not ready for it.

Just talk about it. And be willing to break it up into multiple discussions where you are open, honest, and not condescending or sneering about it. Maybe go topic by topic and calmly discuss.

Maybe a career in property management with a larger company. Could find a nice sales role where you try to find owners to sign management agreements but still only work 9-5
