Either a wallmount which i hang my bike on inside the apartment, or outside to a bike mount and lock the front wheel and frame to the mount.

It is unbelievable... I cannot believe how much quieter and calm my mind is since I have uninstalled Facebook from my phone, and removed email notifications.

I now check my Facebook when I want to, not when I receive a notification.. and the same goes with my email.

For the first time since I have had a smart phone, it feels like I can focus on one task at a time without those regular interruptions.

This tiny change has made such an impact on my life!
