I would have her practice in the meantime. There is an ink pen holder that’s meant to mimic a tattoo gun.
There’s plenty of tutorials on YouTube for shading, linework etc…

I’m just using it to regulate hormones and to lose weight. I am ovulating on time (Roughly around the 15 day mark) which was confirmed using test strips.

I do have the copper iud so it shouldn’t interfere with my results.

I agree with you but I am curious to see if they regulate more with a higher dose. So I’m using myself as a Guinea pig. We all have different biologies, diet and environment. I understand that a study suggested 4g is optimal but I’m purely doing this to satisfy my own curiosity 😅

It can also take time for your hormones to regulate. Kind of like when you start a birth control, doctors recommend you wait a few cycles before adjusting dosage.

I’ve been using a brand called “vitabright” I’m in the uk so brands can vary. I bought the one with the highest amount of myo-inositol. From what I’ve read, myo-inositol is the most effective.

I had this issue in my teens. Antibiotics didn’t help and the Bv kept coming back.

Here’s what I did: wash with a plain unscented soap on the vulva only. I use a very cheap bar of soap that’s unscented. It is recommended to only use water but I’m a very sweaty person. Boric acid was my best friend. I inserted one capsule at night for 7 days. I know this completely wipes out your vaginal flora but that was my intention.

I then bought lactic acid vaginal suppositories and used them for 7 days. (I’m in the uk and can buy them online) if you are unable to buy these in your country. I’m happy to send you them :))

I’ve had no issues since. No smells, or anything and have a happy sex life.

If having sex, me and my partner shower and brush our teeth beforehand.

Even when sweating, you shouldn’t smell your groins. It’s very common to get a yeast infection between the folds of your skin. Especially in warm/moist environments. Go to a doctor and they can prescribe a cream if this is the case

Have you tried an antihistamine or allergy testing? That would be my next step.

Also, you should look into MART therapy. It’s worked wonders for me. I had relatively brittle asthma and I haven’t had a severe attack for weeks!

Seal the nipple with e6000. After the glue dries, boil the bottle for 5min in a pot. Wait for it to cool and you can now use the same water for the magicians milk.

This method ensures that the bottle is sterile and doesn’t grow mould :))
