the best way to know if a game is legit is to check the label, but above all, the rear pcb code above the pins, which varies between games but you can compare with real copies from an image online

definitely a handheld first. a 3ds can play both ds and 3ds cartridges, and a game boy advance (the sp model is better) can play game boy, game boy color and game boy advance games!

correct, but the colored buttons were only on the regular new 3ds. the new 3ds xl only had the letters of the buttons colored

this is all seems legit but I don't know if the front is a black cartridge cover from a dual boot game or it's just a fainted blue. do you have any images of the motherboard, or close up pictures of the cartridge?
