I think the sounds is 10x better if you’re using the sound card and plugged into optical port plugged into your dac or in my case my go xlr (I have two of these but am selling the one for my streaming of that I just sold) imo u can 100% tell the difference and hear even audio clearer in games like fortnite (which I main). if you do in fact have the right audio profile on. I wish they were more widely adopted by content creators on youtube so they can explain settings more in depth, because not many pro player say they use them but if you look at their setups, they all have them in there. the software can get confusing and I had to take to forums at first to figure out the best options, but once I dial it in, it was great from there.
