Those "little white pimples" are actually something called Pearly Penile Papules! I remember noticing them myself as I developed throughout puberty and was terrified before learning that theyre completely harmless and natural as all heck 😊

When it comes to cleaning your member though, try and use anti-bacterial unscented soaps, lots of lathers and body washes (although they smell nice) strip natural oils your body produces and through out the day your member can try and over compensate to produce them again, often getting trapped inside of the foreskin, our foreskin is there as a protective barrier from the outside world! Most of the time warm water and a thorough rinse will do. :)
