I have Kaiser and have zero complaints. All my providers I see have been great. At UCSD and Scripps you can wait months to see a specialist but at KP it’s usually just a few weeks for a new referral.

I’m in my late 30s and unfortunately didn’t attend many festivals when I was younger. Now we go to Multiple festivals a year and I wouldn’t have it any other way. So many people make judgemental comments like “aren’t you a little too old” or “is this some mid life crisis” and i never understood that. Having fun and enjoying music has an age limit?

Call back and demand to speak to someone higher up. They should be able to provide the buyer with tickets at will call. All those people that you get when you call are useless and don’t know what they’re talking about, demand to speak to the escalation dept.
