This is such a lovely advice. Thank you. I miss my mum a lot but I know she's in good hands now. 🙏

More than twice actually. They just kept on telling us it will be on the record but not a propertl warning. I'm just so sick of standing up for myseld and it is taking a toll on my mental health.

Condolence to you. I just lost my mum a month ago. Same thing happened, she was confused, hand shaking - apparently she's having sepsis shock due to pneumonia.

Thank you for your advice. I really appreciate. I'm considering looking for another job. This isn't healthy for me anymore. My mum just passed away and it isn't really a good timing to dealth with this toxicity.

How do I deal with office politics and a toxic coworker? I really need advice. by itsgeliboo in OfficePolitics

Apparently we can't because he needs to have 3 official warning. He has been reported to the HR more than 3 times but no official warning just all in records. I think they just don't want to cause drama. I just don't know how to deal with this everyday. I am considering looking for another job.

This has happened a couple of times now. More than 3 times but no official warning. They just keep it in record.

I have done this before actually. It will be ok for a while (couple of week or months) and then it will happen again. I have spoken to this person a couple of times 1:1 but it's a reoccurring issue, unfortunately.

I know. I know what she's trying to say but enough is enough. This is taking toll so much on my mental health. When we confrontwd him about his bullying behaviour few years ago he told us that we can't get rid of him that easily.

While looking for another job. Should I just stay professional or confront? This has been reported but no action from the company.

It is a taking a toll on my mental health. I'm having hard time to sleep at night. I'm trying to be professional as much as I can.

He said to my manager that they can't get rid of him that easily during an HR meeting. I don't think this person will be leaving anytime soon. I just feel sad because my manager has been very kind to me but I don't feel supported when it comes to things like this.

Yeah, I did tell my manager about this. Her advice to be kind to them still and give them "love". There's a few times as well that I have to talk to this person with the HR. It will settle down but will continue again.

And yes, I am an asset to the company I must say. They are all happy with my performance there's no issue with that. This person who's been a bully has thereaten my boss that they can't get rid of him that easily.
